Service Description

Escape to the stunning Woodhill Hall for a rejuvenating day retreat designed to nourish body and mind. Start with an energising “Feel the Burn” Pilates session set to classic hits, followed by a delicious two-course meal in beautiful surroundings. Enjoy dedicated me-time to relax, reflect, or explore, before unwinding with a deeply restorative yoga flow to calming, soothing sounds. The perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and indulgence — treat yourself. Retreat Itinerary: 11.30-12.15: Arrival and Welcome Drink 12.15 - 1.15: Pilates - Feel the burn to classic hits 1.30 - 2.30: Two-course Lunch 2.30 - 3.00: It's a bit of me time - Walk, Read and Relax 3.00 - 4.00: Restorative Yoga 4.00 - 4.30: Cuppa and Farewells What to bring: - Mat (we can provide) - Water - Layers - Blanket Additional: Add an overnight stay on the Saturday night for an additional £150 (per room) including breakfast. Check out on Sunday is 10.30am. When booking the day retreat you will be provided with an option to enquire about adding on your overnight stay.
