Morning Yoga with Sauna and Sea Dip. Join me for a mini morning retreat on Saturday 31st May 2025. The morning includes a restorative 1hour beach yoga practice and 45 minute Sauna and Sea-Dip* courtesy of Earth Bond UK. The retreat will take place on Longsands beach, just down from the restaurant 'The View'. *sea-dip optional
