Service Description
In collaboration with Earth Bond, this is the perfect way to start your weekend. Located on Longsands Beach, Tynemouth we start the day with a gentle flow as I guide you through a rejuvenating and relaxing practice. Afterward, we'll warm up in the Sauna with an optional, refreshing dip in the sea. Please note: the sauna is not suitable for pregnant individuals.
